Creating the perfect design takes time and precision, so to ensure a personalised experience, we charge a non-refundable £179 design & survey fee. This covers a professional presentation, the option to make one design amendment, and the cost of sending a surveyor to verify all details before we proceed with production. This one-time fee will be deducted from your final order balance, if you proceed with the order.
We strive to remain as competitive as possible and as a result, product presentations will be conducted virtually through Teams. Our designers will send you a digital invitation for your appointment.
